1. Order Processing
Orders are processed and prepared for shipment on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 5:00 PM local time will be processed on the next business day. Please allow 1-3 business days for standard order processing before your item is handed over to the shipping carrier. Processing times for custom-made or pre-order items may vary and will be clearly stated on the relevant product page.1

2. Domestic Shipping
We ship to all states within the United States, including deliveries to P.O. boxes.
The following domestic shipping options and estimated delivery timelines are available after order processing is complete:

3. International Shipping
We currently ship to the countries listed below. International delivery times are estimates and can be affected by customs clearance procedures, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

For destinations not listed above, please contact customer service prior to ordering. We are unable to ship to certain countries due to carrier restrictions or regulatory constraints.

4. Shipping Costs & Fees
Shipping costs for domestic and international orders are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and selected service level. Any advertised free shipping offers apply to qualifying orders only.
For international orders, all import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. We cannot predict or control these charges, which are determined by the destination country's authorities.1

5. Local Delivery & In-Store Pickup
We offer local delivery within a 15-mile radius of our warehouse (ZIP codes: 10001, 10002...). Orders placed before 3:00 PM for local delivery may be scheduled for same-day delivery, subject to availability. A flat fee of $5.00 applies.
Buy Online, Pick Up In-Store (BOPIS) is available at our flagship location (123 Main Street). You will receive a notification email when your order is ready for collection, typically within 2 hours of ordering.

6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page. You can also access tracking information by logging into your account on our website.

7. Changes, Cancellations, & Lost/Damaged Shipments
Order changes or cancellations must be requested within 2 hours of purchase by contacting customer service, provided the order has not yet entered the processing stage.
If your tracking information indicates a package is lost in transit, or if you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier and work with you to resolve the issue, which may include sending a replacement or issuing a refund. 8. Potential Delivery Delays
While we provide estimated delivery timelines, actual delivery dates may be affected by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to: carrier delays, severe weather, customs inspections, high order volume during peak seasons (e.g., holidays), or global supply chain disruptions. We will communicate any known widespread delays proactively on our website or via order updates.1
